INFINAM® RG 2000 L resin is a clear liquid photopolymer formulation, which is fast-curing and easy to process (1-part system). The fully cured material exhibits excellent mechanical properties (high toughness) and low water absorption.

INFINAM® RG 3101 L resin is a black colored liquid photopolymer formulation, which is fast-curing and easy to process (1-part system). The fully cured material exhibits excellent thermomechanical properties (high impact strength combined with high temperature resistance).

INFINAM® RG 7100 L resin is a black colored liquid photopolymer formulation, which is easy to process (1-part system). The fully cured material exhibits excellent mechanical properties (high impact strength).

INFINAM® ST 6100 L resin is a black colored liquid photopolymer formulation, which is easy to process (low viscosity, 1- part system). The fully cured material exhibits excellent mechanical properties (high strength combined with elongation) and high temperature resistance.

INFINAM® TI 5400 L resin is a white colored liquid photopolymer formulation, which is easy to process (1-part system). The fully cured material exhibits excellent mechanical properties (high toughness and high ductility).

Rigid Resin with Optimum Combination of Strength, Stiffness and Temperature Resistance

Ultracur3D® RG 35 by Forward AM is a medium-viscosity, highly reactive urethane photopolymer for rigid applications that provides very high stability and stiffness, good temperature resistance, and low water uptake. It is very well suited to 3D printing high performance functional parts.

Water-Washable Rigid Resin for Printing Parts with the Highest Accuracy

Ultracur3D® RG 50 by Forward AM is a medium-viscosity, highly reactive urethane photopolymer for rigid applications, delivering very high print accuracy, low cure shrinkage and good temperature stability, making it very well suited for 3D printing high performance functional parts. Prints can be washed with water post-finishing – no chemicals are required.

Rigid Resin with Superior Stiffness and Temperature Resistance

Ultracur3D® RG 1100 by Forward AM is a high-strength polyurethane-based engineering grade resin with mechanical properties comparable to widely spread injection molding grades used in automotive or other demanding industries. Due to its high heat deflection temperature (HDT 116°C), its good chemical resistance and long-term UV-stability this material is perfectly suitable for applications such as automotive connectors, demanding engineering parts, exterior covers, brackets and housings.

Ceramic-Filled Resin with Exceptionally High Stiffness and Temperature Resistance

Ultracur3D® RG 3280 is the first composite material we are adding to our rigid product line. Due to the high loading of ceramic particles, this material has an extremely high stiffness around 10 GPa and an HDT B above 280°C.

Multi-Purpose Resin with Optimum Toughness and Processing Speed

Ultracur3D® ST 45, Ultracur3D® ST 45 M, Ultracur3D® ST 45 B by Forward AM are reactive urethane photopolymers for Tough applications that delivers an excellent combination of high strength, plus long-term toughness and impact resistance. It is very well suited for 3D printing high performance functional parts requiring high accuracy and mechanical strength. It ensures very fast printing and outstanding surface finishing, and is available as fully colorless (clear) and black.

Flexible Resin with Optimum Strength, Rebound and Medium Hardness (Shore 77 A)

Ultracur3D® EL 150 by Forward AM is a very versatile reactive urethane photopolymer for highly elastic applications that delivers medium softness (Shore 77 A). It provides an optimal combination of high torsional strength, good elongation at break, and long-term rebound.

Flexible Resin with Superior Strength, Rebound and High Hardness (Shore 90 A)

Ultracur3D® EL 4000 by Forward AM is the latest addition to our flexible and elastomeric resins. With its high hardness of Shore 90 A, it is at the high end of our portfolio, which now covers the whole spectrum from Shore 40 A to 90 A. Due to its superior strength, rebound, and tear resistance, this material is perfectly suitable for applications such as footwear, bike saddles, and cushioning pads.

The material is available in clear and black.

High impact, semi-flexible resin suitable for broad applications

LOCTITE 3D 3843 TM is a semi-flexible resin with moderate temperature resistance HDT60, high impact strength, and versatile for a broad range of applications. This material is a high-strength engineering plastic with good impact resistance and excellent surface finish. It is ideal for a wide variety of tools in the production floor. It displays high green strength and HDT enabling it to print accurately and function at room temperature. It is compatible with a broad range of DLP machines.

High elongation and tough resin

A high-strength engineering plastic with good impact resistance and excellent surface finish. Ideal for a wide variety of tools in the production floor including tooling, manufacturing aids, and housings as well as for consumer goods.

Tough Resin with High Temperature Resistance

LOCTITE IND406 is a tough rigid and durable 3D printing resin that performs well in industrial applications requiring high temperature use. The material offers all-round strength, good impact resistance, and high elongation. IND406 is a great alternative for traditional injection molded plastics such as ABS and PP.  Stiffness, toughness, and thermal durability of this material makes it ideal for a wide variety of tools in the production floor and for final parts production.

High temperature resistant resin for tooling & molding

Tough resin designed for tooling and molding applications, due to its high temperature resistance withstanding up to 230°C and high stiffness.

High rebound elastomer

Single component elastomer material with high elongation and high resilience, that maintains excellent tensile strength and high energy return, does not require thermal post processing. Ideal for lattice structures e.g. mid soles and soft inserts.

High rebound elastomer

Single component industrial strength UV resin that cures to a soft, elastomeric material. IND475 is suitable for applications where resilience, snap back, and tear resistance is desired, such as lattice structures and functional prototyping. Easy to print of a variety of platforms, making it a superior material for elastomeric applications.

X-One is a true meltable resin developed and produced by BlueCast for DLP and monochromatic LCD devices. Thanks to the polymer melting at low temperature, it provides a smooth surface and perfect marking.
