As the most compact but powerful solution for postprocessing SLA and DLP parts in the DEMI-Series from PostProcess®, the DEMI X 200 Plus streamlines not one but 4 processes into one machine. The machine starts off with washing off excess resin using an appropriate adjustment on agitation,ultrasonics and temperature levels using the PLM-403-SUB detergent. In this step, the detergent is pumped into the processing tank and pumped back into its internal bucket at the end of the process.
Next, parts are rinsed using the appropriate agitation levels over a set period of time with the AUX-400-RINSE detergent. Similar to the previous step the detergent is pumped into the processing tank and pumped back into its internal bucket at the end of the process. Next, parts are dried using the appropriate ventilation and temperatures over time with an empty processing tank and finally, parts are UV cured using 370-410nm, Optical power 120W UV lights, adjustable temperatures an optional under vacuum down to -85kPA over time with an empty processing tank as well. All processes don't require any operator action after setup.

Uses Cutting-edge IPA-Free Detergents
The DEMI X 200 Plus uses two innovative materials designed to enhance the post-processing of SLA and DLP 3D printed parts. The PLM-403-SUB detergent (for cleaning) is a powerful resin removal solution that efficiently cleans uncured resin in under 10 minutes when used with PostProcess's patented hardware. It features a high resin capacity (up to 10x longevity over IPA), is safer to handle with a high flashpoint of 93°C that minimises inhalation risks and storage hazards, and supports sustainability through recovery and reuse. The AUX-400-RINSE detergent (for rinsing) on the other hand, serves as a safer and more sustainable alternative to IPA for rinsing. Made with 90% green chemicals, it reduces environmental impact while offering a higher flashpoint than IPA, enhancing workplace safety and minimizing health risks.
Safety Features
The PostProcess® DEMI X 200 Plus comes with an automated lift. The user has no contact with any solvent since the tank is empty when the lid is open. It comes with a number of security features like emergency stop and has a CE regulatory conformity. The one-touch operation provides maximum protection and enhanced safety to technicians as there is little to no contact to any possible hazards in the machine usage.
