Conventional methods for producing oil and gas impellers have certain limitations that can impact the production process and the performance of the final product. When impellers are manufactured via casting, they are often unbalanced because of uneven flow of the metal in the mold. This causes vibrations and leads to fatigue failure and shorter lifespans.
