Roboze Bio-Based PA

The first bio-based high-performance polymer with natural reinforcement.

With the same specification and performance, but with 60% lower CO2 emissions than a petroleum-based carbon fiber reinforced PA, Roboze Bio-based PA enables manufacturing companies to move closer to their sustainability goals and contribute to a positive future for the planet. It is ideal for tooling and equipment manufacturing.

Low hygroscopicity: compared to classic PAs on the market, Roboze bio-based PA has a low tendency to absorb moisture present in the air. This property contributes to the mechanical and aesthetic quality of parts printed with Roboze systems.

Dimensional stability: the biological base reinforced with natural fibers enables the production of dimensionally stable parts that have a low risk of deformation during the printing process and meet the tolerances designed in CAD

Excellent mechanical properties: The mechanical properties of parts printed with Roboze Bio-based PA enable applications where tensile stresses on the order of 60 MPa can be expected. When the material is exposed to humidity, the modulus of elasticity decreases only marginally.
