Nexa3D® xMED412

Nexa3D® xMED412 is a polypropylene-like material that is ideal for the manufacture of a wide range of biocompatible, medical and wearable devices.Nexa3D® xMED412 is based on Henkel's Loctite® MED412 material and is covered by all associated approvals, tests and certifications.

Nexa3D® xMED412 is designed to deliver very consistent device performance with exceptional functionality. The medical-grade material is a very strong and durable photopolymer with mechanical properties similar to polypropylene, with fantastic elongation, impact resistance and compressive strength.

Nexa3D® xMED412 has been tested and cleared for the production of nasopharyngeal swabs that meet ISO 10993 testing and FDA Exempt Class I classification.

xMED412 parts printed on the Nexa3D® NXE400 require post-processing and cleaning per manufacturer's recommendations and can be autoclaved, machined, threaded or polished to desired finishes.
