Nexa3D® xCast

Nexa3D® xCast has been specially developed for the production of investment casting patterns on all Nexa3D® devices.

The material prints cleanly and can be used on a wide range of metals, including titanium and aluminum alloys.

The production of patterns for each foundry's investment casting process enables productivity gains compared to conventional and additive methods.

Nexa3D® xCast cartridges are processed in the same way as non-autoclave wax and are shot from the ceramic mold with a flash.

Thanks to its low ash content, xCast can be used to produce parts with high resolution and excellent surface finish.
