With only 10% carbon fiber, it quickly prints stronger, stiffer and more durable parts.

Covestro Addigy® F1030 CF10 is a carbon fiber-filled PA6/66 copolymer filament for 3D printing durable structural parts with high dimensional stability and no warpage.

Despite its low carbon fiber content of 10% - much lower than most carbon-filled materials - Covestro Addigy® F1030 CF10 enables stronger, stiffer and more durable parts with higher tensile strength and modulus.

Developed specifically for 3D printing, the material's excellent mechanical properties and smooth appearance make it ideal for a wide range of demanding structural applications that require robust performance even at high temperatures. Covestro Addigy® F1030 CF10 can be printed on standard desktop fused filament fabrication (FFF) machines with a hardened nozzle.

Tests have shown that users can run their printers at the same speed as unreinforced plastics while achieving significantly higher strength and toughness.

Covestro Addigy® PA6/66-GF20 FR LS Low Smoke is one of the few commercial filaments that meets EN 45545-2, NFPA 130 (ASTM E162, ASTM E662), SMP 800-C and FAR 25.853 standards.

Its flame, smoke and toxicity (FST) certifications make it suitable for use in railroad and other transportation applications.

The Low Smoke Filament is a cost-effective and easy-to-print solution for applications that must comply with European and North American railroad standards. The innovative material can be easily printed on standard filament printers, eliminating the need for high-temperature printers.

The proprietary formulation uses a halogen-free flame retardant with lower environmental impact, and the composition has been optimized to avoid typical smoke generation and meet the low smoke requirements of European and North American standards.

The glass-filled material can also be used at high temperatures.

Developed based on nylon 6/66 copolymer, 20% carbon fiber addition improves the strength, rigidity and toughness of nylon, and can replace metal materials in many cases; Self-lubricating wear resistance makes it suitable for printing gears; High toughness and impact resistance make it suitable for printing durable parts. The material differs from F3 PA-GF Pro by its increased stiffness.

Very stiff filament that can break in the feed at tight bending radii. At low wall thicknesses, printed parts can become very flexible under the influence of moisture; in this case, F3 PA-CF Lite is recommended. The material differs from F3 PA-CF Lite in increased strength and easier printability with increased sensitivity to moisture during printing.

Tarfuse® PA CF10 NAT carbon fiber reinforced PA6 filament for the production of parts with good mechanical, antistatic and conductive properties. The parts are characterized by reduced water absorption.

Tarfuse filaments are manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations listed below.

Tarfuse® PA ESD is made of high-quality polyamide 6 filament, enriched with carbon fiber for printed parts with good mechanical and antistatic properties.

According to the manufacturer, this ESD/conductive filament offers a target surface resistance of 10^9 ohms according to ISO standard IEC 60093.

Nylon is suitable for various mechanical applications such as nuts, gears or hinges.

The polyamide 12 filament Lauramid 3D was developed on the basis of the high-quality and well-known engineering material Lauramid. The PA12 filaments Lauramid 3D from Handtmann Elteka can be processed with the most available 3D filament printers. Components made of Lauramid 3D impress with their good technical material properties as well as a very high-quality appearance. The precise plastic wires with a diameter of 2.85 ±0.05 mm as well as 1.75 ±0.05 mm, are 100% tested for dimensional accuracy.

PA 4035 CF OFP is an ESD-safe (electrostatic dissipative), carbon fiber-reinforced PA12 copolymer that offers higher stiffness, strength and toughness compared to similar materials on the market.

It is ideal for printing items that require additional strength and rigidity.

PA12 K7CF is based on PA12 and is a carbon fiber reinforced nylon material. It not only has low water absorption, but also increased strength, stiffness and deformation temperature. You do not need a special 3D printer for this material. The normal printer with standard heating bed is enough for all the printing. We recommend you to use abrasion resistant printing nozzles.

Kimya ABS Carbon belongs to the family of styrene polymers. Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Copolymer Carbon (ABS Carbon) is a blend of ABS and carbon fibers. The carbon fibers give the filament better strength than conventional ABS. It is also popular with manufacturers of drones or in model making and is popular for making tools. Kimya ABS Carbon has the following properties:

LUVOCOM® 3F Filament PAHT 9936 BK is a high-temperature resistant polyamide (PA) based unfilled material. It has the strength of a PA6 without sacrificing printability. Water absorption is half and the absorption rate is four times slower than standard PA6-based filaments, and no heated build space is required. Yet no warpage occurs. 3D-printed components made from this material exhibit high strength and toughness. The material is through-dyed black and is modified for beautiful component surfaces. It is compatible with HIPS and PVOH support materials.

Spectrum PET CF15 is a bulk-colored polyethylene terephthalate (PET) based material in black.

It is the simplest carbon fiber-filled material for 3D printing on the market and has significantly better temperature and mechanical properties than PET-G based materials.

The filament does not exhibit retraction problems and no heated print chamber is required during printing.

A characteristic feature of the filament is an excellent surface finish immediately after the model is removed from the printer, reducing the need for post-processing.

Spectrum PET CF15 is compatible with auxiliary materials such as HIPS-X.

The filament enables printing of very strong and rigid parts.

It is characterized by a low influence of humidity and temperature on the dimensions.

Filament Spectrum PA6 CF15 is a black, high-temperature construction material based on polyamide 6. The filling with 15% carbon fiber has the effect that the mechanical strength of polyamide, which is the basis of the material, is increased several times.

A characteristic feature of this material is that the moisture absorption is halved in comparison with pure PA6, and the water absorption time is four times shorter in comparison with pure PA6.

No heated chamber is required during printing and no deformation (shrinkage) occurs. The material is compatible with HIPS and PVOH excipients.

In addition, Spectrum PA6 CF15 filament is characterized by very low linear shrinkage (no more than 0.1%) and very high deformation temperature (HDT 240°C) and low coefficient of thermal expansion (0.4 10-5/K).

Components made of Spectrum PA6 CF15 can be used at elevated temperatures up to 150°C long-term (20. 000h) and up to 180°C short-term (max. 200h).

Spectrum ABS Kevlar is a construction composite filament based on ABS with the addition of aramid fibers, commonly known as Kevlar.

The demand for better properties than standard ABS, strength and increased tensile strength initiated actions whose goal was to combine the very good properties of ABS with aramid fibers.

The modifications made ensure reduction of processing shrinkage, very good adhesion to the working platforms and reduction of material density, which makes the printed elements slightly lighter than their counterparts made with standard ABS.

Excellent dimensional accuracy enables 3D printing of objects with exact dimensional accuracy, which is especially important for projects with multiple components.

We only use fibers for Carbonio, not powders. Because it is not "Powder Carbon" but "Fiber Carbon". 100% tested and working. After months of development, Carbonio is ready to print and actually works.

Its high tensile modulus makes it ideal for high-end mechanical applications. Its very low hygroscopicity means you don't need to dry the filament before using it.
