The Meltio Robot Cell is a turnkey metal 3D printing solution that combines Meltio's wire-laser deposition technology with an industrial robotic arm, allowing for a massive build volume of up to 2000 x 1000 x 1000 mm without positioner interpolation. It has a 1.2 kW laser deposition head, closed-loop process control with real-time monitoring, and compatibility with a variety of metal materials, all housed in a Class 1 laser-safe environment that meets CE certification requirements.
